General Terms and Conditions of Camping Antonio
1. Definitions
Camping: Camping Antonio, owned by Allteck s.r.l. via Nazionale 31 - Flavon, P.IVA 02207290228.
Client: Any natural or legal person who makes a booking at the Campsite.
Reservation: The request to use a pitch or accommodation at the Campsite.
Stay: The period of time during which the Client occupies a pitch or accommodation.
2. Object
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the Campsite and the Client in relation to the reservation and stay at the campsite.
3. Bookings
Bookings can be made by telephone, email or website.
Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit when indicated.
The balance must be paid on arrival if not made earlier.
4. Prices
The prices indicated on the website or in the price list do not include tourist tax.
Prices are subject to change without notice, except for bookings already confirmed.
5. Arrival and departure
Pitches are available from 12 noon to 8 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Rooms are available from 15:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.
6. Payments
Payments can be made by bank transfer in advance, POS or cash.
If payment is not made by the due date, the campsite reserves the right to cancel the booking.
7. Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation of the booking by the customer, the following penalties will apply:

In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond the Campsite's control, the Campsite may cancel the booking without penalty.
8. Campsite rules
The customer is obliged to comply with the campsite's house rules, which are available at the reception desk.
The Campsite reserves the right to expel any customer who does not comply with the rules.
9. Responsibility
The Campsite is not responsible for lost or damaged items on the campsite.
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the facility or equipment.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general conditions are governed by Italian law. For any controversy 1 the Court of Verona shall have jurisdiction.
